Meridian Resort beachside is situated on 1.25 hectares of beachfront land of which 6000sqm is private beachfront reserve, Native birds and sea eagles coast the shoreline daily. Sitting on the beach you will also witness the local pod of dolphins at play, and the occasional mother whale and calf using the shelter of Cape Hawke on their annual migration.

About the Area
Old Bar Beach is situated 16km east of Taree at the southern entrance of the Manning River.
The village of Old Bar has a wide variety of shops, ATM facilities, tennis courts, restaurants, café’s, tavern and NSW Bowling Club of the Year 2002, 2004 & 2005 for meals and entertainment.Within a short drive you can enjoy the popular Salt Water Beach and swimming lagoon. Various walking tracks are surrounding the area in the Saltwater National Park, Khappinghat Nature Reserve and Old Bar Park.
For a unique experience why not enjoy a movie at the Tinonee Terrace Cinema and Café or take a day trip to Ellenborough Falls, Newby’s Creek Walk & Caves, or Starrs Creek Rainforest Area.Various Art and Craft Gallery’s are dotted around the Manning Valley for your enjoyment.
