Please Note:
The above prices are on a self cater basis, we do provide a starter pack of soap, toilet paper,
washing detergents etc. you do need to bring your own personal supplies
You will need to bring a beach towel per person as bath towels are not permitted at the pool
Only ONE Garage is available per unit. Additional car must be parallel parked on the street outside the resort.
Confirmation of bookings will only be accepted with a minimum of 20 % deposit.
Deposit will be forfeited when cancellation occurs within 1 week of arrival date.
All cancellations will incur a $10 administration fee
Terms & Conditions of Booking & Occupancy
1.The apartment must not be used for any unlawful purposes.
2.Only the number of persons shown on the above booking sheet are permitted to occupy the apartment. Extra guests
are not permitted.
3.In accordance with health authority regulations pets are not permitted under any circumstances.
4.There is no refund for early check out.
5.Neither the Body Corporate, Manager nor unit owner is liable for any damage or loss of property
which a guest may sustain while on the complex.
6.The guest authorises the Manager to charge any credit card for any loss, damage to the unit or monetary
contribution for which the guest is liable under this document or otherwise e.g. unpaid phone charges.
7.The guest authorises the Manager to charge any credit card for any extra
cleaning charges required e.g. smoking in the unit.
8.Non return of a unit key will incur a charge of $25 to the guest's credit card.
Refund Policy
Cancellation with more than 7 days notice - Guests will be refunded in full less a $10 administration fee
Cancellation with less than 7 days notice - NO REFUND Deposit will be forfeited in full
Credit Policy
Cancellation with more than 7 days notice - Guests can elect to leave the whole amount of deposit as a credit to
be used in an off season period.
